Congratulations to Ms. Antiforufa Seye (Anita) for her successful ‘in-person’ completion of the Summer Research Internship at the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina.

Here are a few of the activities she participated in:

• water quality test from each tank in the aquarium exhibit to test for nitrate, pH and ammonia level
• viewed snake feces under the microscope to check for parasites
• went to Fort Macon which was 15 minutes drive from Pine Shores to catch some fishes for the exhibit
